Halo Infinite's Multiplayer mode is a blast

My all time favourite multiplayer experiences were titles like Unreal Tournament and Quake III Arena, I loved the fast paced larger than life aspect to it. Today many massive battle royale style games miss the speed and adrenaline factor that classic retro titles from 15-20 years ago used to. Halo's original multiplayer back on the Xbox was like this as well. Simple, fun and iconic!

It is very refreshing to be able to play Halo Infinite on either PC or Xbox without being locked into one platform ”

Next gen graphics and free to play

It is fantastic that Microsoft has taken a leaf out of the Free to Play models of Valorant and Call of Duty for the release of Halo Infinite. A full on campaign mode with a story you will have to pay for, although to access Halo's multiplayer mode it is free to downlaod. In our case we downloaded from the Steam marketplace.

Great weapons, game dynamics and larger than life character

We love the weapons, pace and game dynamics of Halo Infinite. Within minuites we are jumping high and getting into fast paced battles with opponents. The Sniper Rifle and the SPNKR rocket launcher are personal favourites. Anyone who is a fan of FPS and multiplayer will have encountered Halo at some stage, the latest iteration is an ehanced eveolution of what we know and love about the series vs a fundemental re-design.

A burgeoning esports scene

We love the fact that Halo is seeing a resurgance in interest from top tier esports teams, competitive Halo was a founding pillar of the esports scene as we know it today and we can't wait to see if evolve. Similar to CS:GO in its purity and simplicity, Halo is an easy game to pick up and enjoy but increadibly hard to master. It is very rewarding and with increadible maps, high player counts and good community management we think Halo Infinite will become top destination for streamers, esports teams and aspiring players of the future
