Porsche develop exclusive concept car for Gran Turismo 7

Gran Turismo has featured Porsche sports cars since 2017, as such the legendary sports car brand has teamed up with Polyphony Digitial to develop a new concept car exclusive to Gran Turismo 7. The car is an electric performance vehicle which looks spectacular. 

Gran Turismo 7 is one of the most anticipated video game releases of 2022. With the introduction of next the next gen platform of PlayStation 5, we think the game will be the deifinifve console sim-racing experience. What we like about the GT series is the easy by which casual racing fans and car enthusiatss. Michael Mauer, Vice President Style Porsche stated that 'Projects such as the Porsche Vision Gran Turismio are particularly valuable for us in the creative process. Further developing our clearly defined Porsche Design DNA and exchanging with designers from other industries is an important part of our work"

Although the Project Vision will only exist in the virtual world of Gran Turismo 7 for now, the car has been designed and based on real life physics, acheivable stats and performance. Although  We like the way the car takes some design cues for the new Taycan Turbo S and pushes design into more radical and aggressive sports styling.

Gran Turismo 7 is released in March 2022 exclusively on PlayStation 4 and 5 consoles. We cannot wait to jump into the Porsche and take it for a spin.
